Explore North Wales Coast and Snowdonia by Motorhome

Sometimes we do not appreciate what is on our own doorstep, so last year we spent a week touring Snowdonia.
If you are thinking of visiting our beautiful area, don’t lug a motorhome all the way here, hire one from GoExplore motorhome hire. Take a relaxing drive down here in your own vehicle, and pick up one of our fully equipped motorhomes from Conwy, the gateway to the garden of Wales, leaving your vehicle in our secure compound.
Places to visit. Conwy, Llandudno, Anglesey, Caernarfon, The Llyn Peninsula, Aberdovey and Tywyn, Beddgelert, Llanberis and Snowdon, Betws y Coed to name but a few.

We moved then to Belgium to Poperinge, Ypres and the Menin Gate and the Passchendaele Cemetery.

City Breaks

Ideal for off season touring, City breaks give you an easy, self catering break, and as you are in a city, you are not dependant on the weather tooo much. We have visited London many times in February half term, stoppping at the Chrystal Palace caravan club site, the No 3 bus stop is just up the road which takes you right into the heart of London in about half an hour.Cardiff, Bristol, and many other cities will have campsites near by, within walking distance or near to public transport hubs.

Winter ski trips.

We travel in our motorhome all year around, that is why it is important for us when purchasing new motorhomes for our fllet is to ensure that they are winterised, capable of coping with winter alpine weather. You can be assured therefore that all our fleet come winterised, keeping you warm and cosy after a day of ski-ing.

We usually stop in Grande Bornand at a campsite, however this year we travalled to a pretty village called Chatel and stopped at a site there. The more daring of you may wish to take advantage of the Aires located at ski resorts, these are narmally free overnight parking areas for motorhomes, however, they have limited facilities, if any at all.

Belgium and Brugge

Belgium is a lovely country, ideal for a weeks visit by motorhome. We have been a few times now as it is so close to the port at Calais. The beauty with this is you can go out of season, we visited in April and October.

The first time we went, we visited the WW1 battlefields, in the Somme in France before moving on to Belgium. we stopped 1 night in Ypres, and visited the Menin Gate, for the last post, we also visited Passchendaele and the War cemetery.
